For over 100 years the William Reisner Corporation has been in the business of providing scrap metal recycling services to the industries of New England. The company has specialized in containerized scrap pick up service for industrial generators of scrap iron and steel, nonferrous metals, stainless steel and alloys. We operate one of the largest and most modern radio dispatched truck fleets in the business. Our Marketing Department has put together 8 creative new programs to meet the needs of any scrap generator. The company has also embarked on a Recycling Industry Operating Standard (RIOS) program with procedures currently in place to maintain the best possible business practices and quality control.
As part of the company's environmental risk management program, we have started the first scrap material tracking system, which can generate documentation of materials from the source to final disposition. We are pleased to announce the addition of scrap consulting to our lists of services. This new program is designed to assist large manufactures in maximizing returns on scrap. Currently we have been consultants to 24 major plants throughout the United States. For the past five years, the William Reisner Corp has averaged a better than 50% growth in revenue per year from scrap metal operations. The Reisner Group also operates a real-estate development business consisting of more than 30 modern industrial and commercial facilities throughout the state.
